The press brake’s high productivity is evident through its rapid Y-axis speed of 200 mm/s, facilitating swift positioning of the bending tool. The working speed of 10 mm/s contributes to precise and controlled bending, further enhancing productivity. Additionally, the return speed of 190 mm/s accelerates the overall process by minimizing non-productive time.
Powered by a servo drive, the motor engages solely when the cylinder is in motion. The EVO III achieves an impressive energy savings of approximately 73% (based on energy consumption data from 500 cycles, comparing the EVO III 110 ton hybrid press brake to a conventional 110 ton hydraulic CNC press brake). Additionally, equipped with a unique closed-loop hydraulic system, our equipment boasts minimal maintenance needs in comparison to traditional hydraulic machines. The specialized hydraulic system demonstrates low energy consumption and environmental friendliness, with an average oil consumption of 34.5 liters. Operating at just 63 dB, it holds the distinction of being the quietest among sheet metal bending machines.
